One of the many benefits to having an organizational system for your tracks in Premiere Pro (discussed in Track Organization in Premiere Pro) is that you can drastically decrease the amount of time it takes to get a good initial sound mix on your main interviews. Rather than adjust the audio clip by clip, it is possible to mix your film’s audio track by track. It’s even possible to group audio tracks together and adjust them all at once.
In this tutorial, we’ll discuss the Track Mixer, the Multiband Compressor, and the use of Submixes in Premiere Pro, all the with the goal of establishing a good initial sound mix, quickly.
