We almost always shoot our interviews with multiple cameras. After we sync those cameras using PluralEyes, we create multiclips in Premiere Pro. A multiclip, as the name implies, is multiple video clips, condensed down into one single clip. The big benefit though is that all those clips are accessible to you as an editor, dynamically, through keyboard shortcuts or a few mouse clicks. It helps condense the timeline, makes it more organized, and makes everything more efficient.
