Picture Lock and Finishing
14m
When do you hit stop and publish? This is the question that plagues editors of every ilk. Tim McLaughlin says that there’s never a true stop, you’re always chasing that unicorn of perfection when making the film. You have to choose to stop. In this tutorial, he goes over a variety of perspectives on what it means to be “done” with a film and then provides guidance on the tasks you need to complete (with audio, color, and others) to be truly finished.
